For residential use, the warranty period is 35 years, and for light commercial use, the warranty period is 5 years. It is important to note that the warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. To make a warranty claim, it is necessary to contact Emser Tile during the warranty period and provide evidence of the defects covered by the warranty. Proof of purchase, including the date of purchase, must also be presented. Emser Tile will then determine whether to repair, replace, or refund the cost of the defective materials at its discretion.
