To clean the OBH NORDICA 7939 Food Sealer Prime, follow these steps:
1. Always unplug the device before cleaning.
2. Do not dip the device or its cord into water or any other liquids.
3. Use a moist cloth and mild washing-up liquid to clean the device's components, wiping away any food particles and dust.
4. Wipe the Teflon Seal Strip with a damp cloth.
5. The gaskets can be carefully removed from the device for cleaning. Rinse them in water and allow them to dry properly before putting them back on. Make sure to place them correctly to prevent air leakage during use.
6. If a gasket is damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new one, which can be ordered from OBH Nordica.
7. Clean the vacuum bags by washing them in warm water with a little washing-up liquid. If using a dishwasher, turn the bags inside out and place them in the upper basket to ensure thorough cleaning.
8. Allow the vacuum bags to dry properly after cleaning.
Note: Do not reuse vacuum bags that have contained raw meat, raw fish, or fat. Also, do not reuse bags that have been used in a microwave oven or simmered in water.
