The desiccant in the FLASHFORGE A01 Filament Drying Station can generally be recycled for 1 year of use. However, it is important to note that if the desiccant becomes ineffective, the equipment will prompt the user to replace it. To replace the desiccant, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the power supply and ensure that the filament drying station is in a cooling state to avoid accidental injury from high temperatures.
2. Open the back plate by unscrewing the four screws.
3. Use an Allen wrench to loosen the sheet metal screws of the regeneration box and remove the sheet metal, sheet metal sealing ring, and heat insulation foam.
4. Loosen the four screws shown in the manual with an Allen wrench.
5. Turn over the aluminum substrate assembly in the direction of the arrow and take out the desiccant bag inside.
6. Replace the desiccant bag with a new one.
7. Reassemble the filament drying station by locking each xxxx back in place.
It is important to follow these steps carefully to ensure proper replacement of the desiccant and maintain the effectiveness of the drying station.
