To install the Razor W15128785133 Rambler 16 Headlight, follow these steps:
1. Gather the required tools: a Phillips screwdriver, a 3 mm Allen wrench, and an 8 mm wrench.
2. Turn off the power switch and disconnect the charger to avoid potential shock or injury.
3. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the seven screws from the side of the battery cover with the power switch.
4. Remove the four screws, two at the front and two at the back of the battery cover. Carefully pull the cover out, being cautious not to damage the wires.
5. Locate and disconnect the headlight from the controller.
6. Using a 3 mm Allen wrench and an 8 mm wrench, remove the bolt and lock nut that hold the headlight onto the holder and remove it.
7. Reverse the steps to complete the installation.
Please note that it is essential to charge the battery for 12 hours before using the headlight.
