To install the Razor Rambler 16 Rear Wheel-Motor, follow these steps:
1. Gather the required tools: Phillips screwdriver, 21 mm wrench or adjustable wrench, two 8 mm wrenches, long needle pliers, and a 10 mm wrench.
2. Turn off the power switch and disconnect the charger before starting any assembly or maintenance procedures.
3. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the seven screws from the side of the battery cover with the power switch.
4. Remove the four screws, two at the front and two at the back of the battery cover. Carefully pull the cover out, being cautious not to damage the wires.
5. Locate and disconnect the four motor connectors from the controller.
6. Using a 21 mm wrench or adjustable wrench, loosen the lock nuts from both sides of the axle. Push the wheel down and out from the unit.
7. Using two 8 mm wrenches, loosen and remove the bolt and lock nut that holds the cable guide bracket. Remove the bracket.
8. Using long needle pliers, remove the end cap from the brake cable and save it for re-installation. Using a 10 mm wrench, loosen the lock nut that holds the brake cable in place. Pull the cable out from the unit.
9. Reverse the steps to install the new rear wheel-motor. Start by inserting the new wheel into the unit and tightening the lock nuts on both sides of the axle.
10. Reinstall the cable guide bracket and secure it with the bolt and lock nut.
11. Connect the four motor connectors to the controller.
12. Carefully insert the battery cover back into place and secure it with the screws.
13. Charge the battery for 12 hours before using the Razor Rambler 16.
