The warranty for RCS Cutlass Pro Series Grills is for the lifetime of the original owner. This means that the grill is warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for as long as the original owner owns the grill. However, please note that this warranty does not cover normal surface corrosion, discoloration, surface scratches, and surface rust which may occur. It also does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, salt spray, chemicals, or pesticides. The warranty is limited to the replacement of original defective parts and does not include shipping and labor for removing or installing replacement parts, if necessary. To make a warranty claim, the owner must retain and submit their original receipt. This warranty applies to residential use only and does not cover commercial applications.
