To calibrate the APERA Salt20 Pocket Salinity Tester, follow these steps:
1. Rinse the probe in distilled water and dry it.
2. Short press the power button to turn on the tester.
3. Long press the power button to enter calibration mode.
4. Dip the probe into the calibration solution and stir gently.
5. Leave the probe to stand and wait for the LCD to display the reading.
6. Short press the power button to complete the 1-point calibration.
After calibration, the tester will return to measuring mode, and a calibration icon will appear at the bottom left of the LCD.
Note: Make sure to use the correct calibration solution and check if the probe is damaged if you encounter any calibration errors (Er1).
