To calibrate the APERA TDS20 Pocket TDS Tester, follow these steps:
1. Rinse the probe in distilled water and dry it.
2. Short press the power button to turn on the tester.
3. Long press the power button to enter calibration mode.
4. Dip the probe into the 1413 μS calibration solution and stir gently. Leave it to stand.
5. The LCD will display a calibration symbol. Short press the power button to complete the 1-point calibration. The tester will return to measuring mode, and a calibration icon will appear at the bottom left of the LCD.
6. Rinse the probe in distilled water and dry it.
7. Repeat steps 4 and 5, but this time use the 12.88 mS calibration solution for the 2nd point calibration. The calibration icons will display on the bottom left of the LCD.
8. The tester is now calibrated and ready for use.
Note: It is recommended to rinse the probe in distilled water and dry it before each measurement to ensure accurate results.
