To properly install the EVOLVEO GEH6064 LED Roadway Light, please follow the instructions provided in the installation guide. Here is a step-by-step guide:
1. Before starting the installation, ensure that the power is disconnected to avoid the risk of electric shock.
2. If the luminaire has a door, unhinge and remove it.
3. Open the clamp to accommodate the outer diameter of the pipe.
4. For the large pipe, remove the bird shield.
5. Install the luminaire with the LEDs facing down.
6. Insert the pipe through the housing.
7. Start the pipe on the middle step.
8. Shift the steps to level the fixture front-to-back.
9. Rotate the luminaire to level it side-to-side.
10. Once the luminaire is level, tighten the bolts evenly. Do not torque the bolts greater than 12 ft-lbs to avoid damage.
11. Extend the wires past the pipe and secure them in the terminal block.
12. Follow applicable national and local electrical codes when making connections for wired external dimming.
13. For the photoelectric control, rotate the receptacle to aim "N" to the North. Lift, rotate, release, and press it to the seat. Insert and twist to lock.
14. Close the door by hanging it on the hinge and rotating it closed. Fasten the door securely.
15. For cleaning, use mild soap/detergent and rinse with cool low-pressure water. Wipe dry with a clean soft cloth. Avoid using soap/detergent containing aromatic hydrocarbons to prevent damage.
