To install the BOQU TBG-2088S/P Online Turbidity Meter, follow these steps:
1. Select a spacious, ventilated, and dry indoor location for the instrument.
2. Place and fix the instrument slightly higher than the drainage water level (around 300mm above the ground level) for smooth drainage.
3. Ensure there is enough space around the instrument for easy operation and maintenance.
4. The instrument's drainage pipe layout should be lower than the water outlet level, and the total length of the water outlet pipe should not exceed 3 meters.
5. Use quick-plug joints for the water inlet and outlet pipes. The final pipeline connected to the water inlet should not be changed.
6. Ensure the water pressure is ≤0.3 Mpa and the flow requirements are ≤300 mL/min.
7. Take anti-interference measures by avoiding sharing a power supply with high-power equipment like motors and inverters.
8. After powering on the instrument, open the water inlet valve, and the water sample will enter the flow cell. The water level in the flow cell will rise, and the water sample will flow out from the drain.
