To install the Delta BX6.3_AC100 Battery Storage System, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the product is installed and operated by qualified personnel or service personnel only.
2. Before starting the installation, make sure that all circuit breakers are in the OFF position.
3. Do not install the BX6.3_AC100 near or on flammable surfaces.
4. Mount the BX6.3_AC100 tightly on a solid and smooth surface.
5. Install the BX6.3_AC100 in a location that prevents damage from flooding.
6. Avoid exposing the BX6.3_AC100 to ambient temperatures above 60°C or below -20°C, as it may cause damage.
7. Do not open the product or insert tools, as it may cause injury, shock, or fire hazard.
8. Please refer to the AS/NZS 5139:2019 regulation for detailed installation space requirements.
9. Drill four holes with a diameter of 16mm in the dimensions of 540mm x 220mm.
10. Insert Rawlplugs into these holes.
11. Put on and fix the BX6.3_AC100 firmly.
12. Ensure that the battery pack is not installed on uneven floor surfaces.
13. Use a 16mm diameter hole for attaching the battery pack.
14. Follow the wiring instructions provided in the manual, including conduit hole and PF pipe sizes.
15. Use a xxxx torque of 0.8 N·m (8 kgf·cm) for tightening the screws.
16. If BX6.3_EX100 is not installed, do not remove all the rubber covers on the BX6.3_AC100.
17. For current transformer installation, follow the instructions provided in the manual, ensuring the correct CT direction and connection.
