To calibrate the joystick on the SmallRig RS Series Wireless Control Sling Handgrip, follow these steps:
1. Press the trigger button three times continuously and then long press it for the fourth time. This will display the calibration icon on the screen.
2. The joystick will rotate at the limit position for more than 6 turns and then stop. It will stay in the middle for 20 seconds without any operation.
3. Wait for the calibration to be completed. If the calibration fails, a calibration error will be displayed, and you will need to recalibrate. If the calibration is successful, nothing will be displayed.
It is important to note that excessive pressure on the OLED screen should be avoided as it can cause permanent damage.
