To program the GECI Orange Diamond Charger, follow these steps:
1. Connect the charger to the AC input.
2. The display will show the message "Connect a battery" for 10 seconds.
3. If you do not press the "ENTER" button within this 10-second period, the charge will begin automatically with default settings.
4. If you press the "ENTER" button during the 10 seconds, the display will show the measured battery voltage.
5. Press any key to set the desired charge time. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the time. The minimum programmable time is 1 hour, and the maximum is 96 hours. Press "ENTER" to save the value.
6. The display will show the message "By pushing the buttons + and -, set the desired Ah limit." Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the limit. The minimum programmable capacity is 10Ah, and the maximum is 2000Ah. Press "ENTER" to save the value.
7. The display will show the message "By pushing the buttons + and -, set the maximum Voltage limit." Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the limit. The minimum programmable voltage is the measured value plus 1V, and the maximum is 70V. Press "ENTER" to save the value.
8. The display will show the message "By pushing the buttons + and -, the 'arrow' moves between the two lines." Select "START CHARGE" to begin the charging process.
During the charge, the display will show the battery voltage, charging current, total capacity returned to the battery, and charging time. The charge will end when the programmed time, maximum capacity, or maximum voltage limit is reached.
