To install the TwoBother Racing 005-5380409-B 2021 HD Pan America S1R Slip On System, please follow the steps outlined in the installation instructions provided in the manual:

1. Ensure that the motorcycle is completely cool before installation and secure it on a stand or service lift.
2. Remove the heat bolt and barrel clamp to take off the heat shield.
3. Loosen the barrel clamp.
4. Remove the OEM muffler support bolt.
5. Remove the muffler from the motorcycle.
6. Loosen the resonator hose clamp.
7. Remove the sound resonator box from the motorcycle.
8. Install the TBR Slip-tube to the OEM header pipe with the supplied barrel clamp attached to the header end, leaving it loose for now.
9. Install the TBR Muffler to the slip-tube.
10. Slide the muffler clamp and rubber liner onto the muffler.
11. Install the barrel clamp using the OEM bolt and supplied flange nut in the order shown.
12. Install the provided 45mm springs from the muffler to the slip-tube.
13. Tighten all loosely installed components and double-check your work.
14. Before running the bike, clean off all fingerprints and dirt, as oily residue can etch the metal when the system gets hot.
15. Run the bike and enjoy. It is normal for some white smoke to appear the first time you start the bike. This is packing/manufacturing oil burning off. Check for gaps or leaks. If you find a leak, use a little high-temperature silicone sealant. After 50-100 miles, recheck all fasteners.
