To adjust the over current set value and delay value on the SmartGen HOC300 Over Current Protection Relay, follow these steps:
1. Locate the "TRIP /%" and "DELAY /s" potentiometers on the relay module. These potentiometers are used for adjusting the over current set value and delay value, respectively.
2. Use a screwdriver or similar tool to turn the potentiometers clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the desired values.
- For the over current set value (TRIP /%), the range is from 50% to 140% of the rated current value (5A). Adjust the potentiometer to set the desired percentage.
- For the delay value (DELAY /s), the range is from 1 to 60 seconds. Adjust the potentiometer to set the desired delay time.
3. After adjusting the values, monitor the corresponding indicators on the relay module to ensure the desired settings are activated. The "Pre-Trip Indicator" and "Trip Indicator" will light up when the load current exceeds the set value and the delay timer has expired.
