To pair the GENERAL MOBILE GMPods 2 Pro Wireless Bluetooth Earphones with your device, follow these steps:
1. Open the cover of the charging box and remove the earphones.
2. On your smart device, go to the Bluetooth settings and search for "GMPods 2 Pro".
3. Tap on "GMPods 2 Pro" to connect.
Note: The earphones will automatically turn on after being removed from the charging box. If they don't, please recharge them and try again.
If you want to pair the earphones with a different device, you need to disconnect them from the current device first. To do this:
1. Turn off the Bluetooth connection of the device that is currently connected to the earphones.
2. On the new device, search for "GMPods 2 Pro" and tap to connect.
Please note that the GENERAL MOBILE GMPods 2 Pro earphones do not support multi-connection. They will automatically connect to the new device and turn on again.
If you are experiencing difficulties with the pairing process, you can try restoring the earphones to factory settings:
1. Place the earphones in the charging box and open the case cover.
2. Press and hold the Multi-Function Button (MFB) on the earphones for 10 seconds or until the LEDs on the charging box and the earphones flash red and blue three times.
If the earphones fail to connect, it is recommended to follow the above steps to reset them and try pairing again.
