To adjust the depth of pin-nailing with the Makita PT001GZ Cordless Pin Nailer, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the tool is switched off and the battery cartridge is removed before adjusting the depth of nailing.
2. Locate the adjuster on the tool. It is used to control the depth of the pin-nailing.
3. To drive the pin nails deeper, turn the adjuster in the A direction. To drive the pin nails shallower, turn the adjuster in the B direction. The adjuster allows for a range of up to 1.5 mm of adjustment.
4. Test the depth of the pin-nailing on a scrap piece of material to ensure it is set to the desired depth.
Note: It is important to adjust the depth of pin-nailing according to the material being used to avoid overdriving or underdriving the pin nails.
