According to the user guide, before using the Co-Dx ZDC-K-001 Logix Smart Zika, Dengue and Chikungunya IVD Product, you need to clean the work surfaces in the Clean area. The recommended cleaning method is as follows:
1. Clean the work surfaces with water.
2. Use a solution of >10% bleach to disinfect the surfaces.
3. Rinse the surfaces with water again.
4. Finally, clean the surfaces with 70% alcohol.
It is important to follow this cleaning order to ensure proper disinfection and degradation of nucleic acids. Alternatively, you can use another equivalent method of cleaning that achieves the same level of disinfection and nucleic acid degradation.
