To install and set up the Lightcloud LCBBR30-10-E26-9TW-SS-NS LED Lamp, please follow the steps below:
1. Turn off the power: Place the wall switch in the off position and turn off the main power at the breaker panel or remove the fuse from the fuse box.
2. Find a suitable location: Position the Lightcloud Blue devices within 60 ft. of each other. If there are obstructions like brick, concrete, or steel construction, additional Lightcloud Blue devices may be needed to extend the reach.
3. Connect the device to power: For first-time use, the lamp will be ready to pair with the Lightcloud Blue app. Power on the lamp to enter pairing mode. The lamp will flash on/off 5 times and then dim and flash on/off 3 times to indicate successful pairing as an Ungrouped Device in the Lightcloud Blue app.
4. Controlling the device: Confirm that your device is connected and powered on. Download the Lightcloud Blue app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store. Launch the app and create an account. Tap the "add device" icon in the app to start connecting devices. Follow the remaining steps in the app to create areas, groups, and scenes for organizing and controlling your devices.
5. Setting the device to pairing mode: If you need to restore the Lightcloud Blue BR30 Tunable White lamp to factory settings, you can use one of the following methods:
- Method 1: Delete from App - Open the app, access the device settings for the paired device, ensure the lamp is online, and select "Delete."
- Method 2: Manual - Power the lamp off and on 5 times consecutively, with no more than 2 seconds between switching. The lamp will flash 3 times and reset to 100% brightness at the default CCT.
- Method 3: Rapid Reset Tool - The rapid reset process should be performed by professional electricians qualified by RAB. Contact your RAB sales manager to request a Rapid Reset Tool. The tool needs to be placed directly on the lamp for 2 seconds. The lamp will flash 3 times and reset to 100% brightness at the default CCT.
