To clean the inner pot and detachable aluminum cover, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the power switch is turned off and unplug the power cord before cleaning to ensure safety.
2. Allow the rice cooker to cool down before cleaning to avoid burns.
3. Remove the inner pot and detachable aluminum cover from the rice cooker.
4. Wash the inner pot and detachable aluminum cover with water, detergent, and a sponge. Avoid using decontamination powder and wire brush.
5. If there is food stuck to the bottom of the pot, you can soak it for a while before cleaning and then wipe it clean.
6. After cleaning, dry the inner pot and detachable aluminum cover with a soft cloth.
It is important to note that you should use a plastic or wooden spoon when using the inner pot to avoid scratching the coating. Avoid cutting food directly in the inner pot and do not pour vinegar or soy sauce into it to prevent corrosion.
For cleaning the rice cooker main unit, lid, and body, use a damp cloth. If there is water on the heating plate, dry it with a cloth. If there is charred rice, you can use a steel wool to remove it.
