To install the Dopo lighting 916A-L0103K LED Outdoor Solar Bollard Light, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the mains cable is disconnected from the power supply before starting the installation. Remove the fuse or turn the switch to "OFF".
2. The power supply connection should be done using a suitable connecting box, as shown in the illustrations provided in the manual.
3. This luminaire is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, but it should not be installed in areas subject to moisture. The maximum permissible ambient temperature is 25°C.
4. Do not attach the luminaire to surfaces that are damp, freshly painted, or electrically conductive.
5. Connect the wires of the luminaire to the wires of the same color coming from the wall or ceiling.
6. Use support systems that can handle the weight of the luminaire.
7. Keep the wires and connections separated from any heat source.
8. Before drilling fixing holes, determine the direction of the supply cable to avoid damaging concealed wiring during installation.
9. It is recommended to use sleeves to cover the mains supply wiring to the fitting.
10. Cleaning should be limited to the outer surfaces, shades or protective glass, reflectors, and covers. For gold-finish and brass luminaires, use a soft cloth and avoid using any cleaning agents. Ensure that no moisture enters the terminal compartment or reaches any live parts.
11. If the external flexible cable or cord of the luminaire is damaged, it should be replaced exclusively by the manufacturer, their service agent, or a similar qualified person to avoid hazards.
12. Do not cover the luminaires with insulating material.
13. Do not use luminaires with frayed or cracked glass until it is replaced.
14. Do not hang or attach any supporting elements to the luminaires.
