To replace the discs on the LAARMANN LMDM200 Disc Mill, follow these steps:
1. Place the disc mill on a platform before removing the discs.
2. Remove the power supply from the machine.
3. Open the cover of the disc mill.
4. Remove the bolts on each side of the disc mill.
5. When removing the discs, always wear protective gloves and working shoes.
6. To open the disk grinder for accessing the discs, open the first and second safety switch.
7. Use both handle grips to pull the front backward.
8. The door can now be opened to the left side.
9. Loosen the three screws to get the grinding disc into position.
10. When the grinding discs are in position, tighten the three screws.
11. Loosen the three nuts and adjust the scale to the point zero.
12. Tighten the three nuts when it's finished.
13. Now that all the points are equal, the gap settings can be adjusted.
14. Make sure that the gap settings are adjusted in the same range as the other three points.
15. Use the three nuts to get the required gap setting.
