If you have purchased the bulk unassembled version of the Lavex Industrial 481LPT274855 Pallet Jack, you will need to follow the assembly instructions provided in the manual. Here are the steps to assemble your Pallet Jack:
1. Remove the split pin (No.1) before pulling the axle pin (No.2).
2. Insert the handle at the down position and connect the handle to the pump body. Insert the axle pin (No.2) and then put the split pin (No.1) back in place.
3. Put the xxxx and nut at the end of the roller chain into the slot of the lever pad.
4. Pull the handle to the horizontal position.
5. Test the unit by pumping the handle to fully raise and lower the unit to ensure that it is in working condition.
