To connect the ZowieTek ZWT-S3 IP PTZ IP Controller to your PTZ camera, you need to ensure that your camera has the ONVIF protocol enabled. Here are the steps to connect the controller:
1. Make sure the camera has the ONVIF protocol enabled. You can check the camera's settings or refer to its user manual for instructions on enabling the ONVIF protocol.
2. Input the IP address of the camera and enter the camera's web interface.
3. Go to the Configuration > Network > Advanced Configuration > Integration Protocol section.
4. Tick and enable the ONVIF protocol.
5. Add an administrator account (use the same account you use to activate the camera).
6. Save the settings.
After completing these steps, you can proceed to connect the ZowieTek ZWT-S3 IP PTZ IP Controller to your camera:
1. Press the SEARCH button on the controller to search for devices.
2. Move the red cursor to the right to jump into the search and press the middle button of the joystick to confirm the search for the device.
3. Select the device you want to add and press OK.
4. Enter the camera's username and password to save the device (make sure the camera and controller are on the same network segment).
5. The successfully added devices can be viewed in the device list. You can use the CAM key + number keys + confirmation key to select the online device.
