To measure your oxygen saturation (SpO2) and heart rate using the Beurer PO 60 Pulse Oximeter, follow these steps:
1. Insert the included batteries into the pulse oximeter.
2. Attach the lanyard to the device for easier transportation.
3. Place your finger inside the housing of the pulse oximeter, ensuring that it covers the sensor elements.
4. Press the function button on the pulse oximeter to switch it on.
5. Wait for the pulse oximeter to display your oxygen saturation (SpO2) and heart rate (pulse rate) measurements on the screen.
6. Keep your finger, hand, and body steady during the measurement to avoid measurement interruptions or high measurement value jumps.
7. After the measurement, the pulse oximeter will display the results. You can evaluate your oxygen saturation using the provided classification table in the user manual.
8. If you wish to transfer the measurements to your smartphone, activate Bluetooth on your smartphone and open the "beurer Health Manager" app. Follow the instructions in the manual to connect the pulse oximeter to the app and synchronize the data.
