To change the mode of the TRUVIEW TI-NBD5152/2302 Wireless Ethernet Bridge, you can use the DIP switch. The DIP switch has two buttons, Button 1 and Button 2 to 8, which control different settings.
Button 1: UP position sets the device to access point (AP: Master) mode, which is used with recorders, PCs, etc. DOWN position sets the device to CPE (Slave) mode, which is used with cameras.
Buttons 2 to 8: These buttons are used to match the AP and CPE together. Different combinations of these buttons correspond to different SSIDs and different segments.
Buttons 9 and 10: These buttons are used for point-to-multi-point functionality. Different combinations of these buttons allow one AP to be matched with a maximum of four CPE.
To set up the DIP switch, you can follow these steps:
1. Set the working mode of all APs using Button 1.
2. Set the frequency of the AP (master) using Buttons 2 to 8.
3. Follow the frequency pattern of the AP (master) in the CPE (slave) using Buttons 2 to 8.
4. Set the D keys of the CPE (slave) using Buttons 9 and 10.
5. Repeat the above steps for other APs (master) and CPEs (slave) but with different frequency patterns.
Please refer to the TRUVIEW TI-NBD5152/2302 Wireless Ethernet Bridge User Guide for more detailed instructions and illustrations on how to set up the DIP switch.
