To install the TRANS ATLANTIC DL-LHV10 DL-LHV Series Heavy Duty Brushed Chrome Commercial Cylindrical Classroom Door Handle with Lock, please follow the steps outlined in the owner's manual:
1. Measure the door thickness: The door thickness should be between 1-3/4" to 2".
2. Prepare the door: Ensure that the door is properly prepared with a 2-hole bore, which retrofits all cylindrical locksets. The door should also have a 161 prep.
3. Install the latch: Insert the latch into the edge of the door, ensuring that the latch faceplate is flush with the door edge. Secure the latch with the provided screws.
