There could be several reasons why your GREENFOX GFM4100 Gaming Mouse is not working properly. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Check the connection: Make sure the mouse is properly plugged into the USB port of your computer. Try using a different USB port to see if the issue persists.
2. Surface compatibility: The mouse performance can be affected by the surface it is used on. If the mouse moves slowly, jumps, or lags, try using it on a different surface. Dirty, shiny, or uneven surfaces can negatively impact the mouse's performance. It is recommended to use a mouse pad for optimal operation.
