To install the ASUS MA-25 Coax to 2.5G Ethernet Adapter, follow these steps:
1. Make sure you have the following items included in your package: ASUS MA-25 Coax to Ethernet Adapter, Ethernet Cable, Coax Cable, F-type Male to F-type Male 90º Angle Connector, xxxx and Anchor, Quick Start Guide, and Warranty Card.
2. Connect the Coax Cable to the COAX IN F-type Female connector on the MA-25 adapter.
3. Connect the other end of the Coax Cable to your existing MoCA network.
4. Connect the Ethernet Cable to the RJ-45 port on the MA-25 adapter.
5. Connect the other end of the Ethernet Cable to your device or network switch.
6. Plug the 12VDC power adapter into the DC-IN port on the MA-25 adapter.
7. Plug the power adapter into a power outlet.
8. Wait for the MoCA LED on the MA-25 adapter to turn solid white, indicating that the MoCA connection is established.
9. Wait for the ETH LED on the MA-25 adapter to turn solid white, indicating that the Ethernet connection is established.
10. If you want to enable MoCA security, press the MPS Security button on the MA-25 adapter. The Security LED will turn solid white.
11. Your ASUS MA-25 Coax to 2.5G Ethernet Adapter is now installed and ready to use.
