To adjust the height of the VITEA CARE Three Point Walking Stick, follow these steps:
1. Locate the handle of the walking stick, which is made of polyurethane and slipped into the frame.
2. The frame has 10 holes located every 2.5 cm for height adjustment.
3. To change the height, simply pull the handle out of the frame and align it with the desired hole.
4. Once aligned, push the handle back into the frame until it securely locks into place.
5. The holes allow for height regulation in a range from 73.5 cm to 96 cm, with increments of 2.5 cm.
6. A frictional-pawl regulator ensures that the walking stick remains at the desired height.
