To install the Elpumps CT 2274 Submersible Pump for Sewage, follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the mains cable to avoid the risk of electric shock.
2. Use the handle provided for lifting or carrying the pump.
3. If installing the pump permanently with a fixed pipeline, install a non-return valve to prevent liquid return when the pump is stopped.
4. Consider installing a quick connection piece for easier cleaning and maintenance.
5. Ensure the collecting shaft is appropriately sized to minimize the number of starts per hour.
6. For temporary applications, use a flexible pipe fixed to the pump with a rubber holder.
7. Use a rope attached to the pump's handle for handling purposes.
8. Make sure the floating switch stops the pump when the liquid level reaches the lowest point.
9. Ensure there are no obstructions hindering the movement of the floating switch.
