To assemble the KAYOBA 022383 AirBike, follow these steps:

Step 1: Remove the hex screws, spring washers, and flat washers from the front foot and the back foot. Fit the front and back foot on the frame using the removed hex screws, spring washers, and flat washers. Fit the wheels on the front foot with the removed hex screws and nyloc nuts.

Step 2: Fit spring washers and the swing arm axles on each side of the frame. Fasten the coupling links in the swing arms with the nyloc nuts and spring washers. Tighten the swing arm axle. Fit the saddle on the saddle holder and tighten with a spanner.

Step 3: Fit the pedals in the pedal arms with a spanner. Note that the right pedal and right pedal arm have a right-hand thread, while the left pedal and left pedal arm have a left-hand thread. Never attempt to fit the right pedal in the left arm or vice versa.

Step 4: Put the sensor cable through the bottom of the stem and pull it out from the top end of the stem. Fit the stem in the frame with hex screws, spring washers, and flat washers. Remove the crosshead screws from the back of the computer. Connect the sensor cable to the computer cable and then fit the computer on the bracket on the stem with the crosshead screws.
