To connect the LASER TREE LT-4LDS-V1 20W Optical Power Laser Module to your engraving machine, please follow these steps:
1. Check the voltage parameter of your engraving machine. Ensure that your engraving machine can provide at least a 24V 4A power supply.
2. Check the pin definition of the main board on your engraving machine. Make sure your engraving machine's main board has "PWM," "GND," and "DC" ports.
3. If the voltage parameter and pin definition are compatible, connect the laser module directly to the main board of your engraving machine.
4. If the voltage parameter is not matched, connect the cable of your engraving machine to the corresponding input connector on the driver adapter (P-DA-01). Connect the cable of the laser module to the Output A connector on the driver adapter. Connect the 24V power adapter to the DC Input connector on the driver adapter. Push the switch to the EXT position to provide power through the external power adapter.
5. If the control board pin definition is not matched, there are two situations:
- Situation 1: The definition of the connector on the engraving machine's main board is not pin-to-pin. In this case, rearrange the wire sequence of the cable to match the pin definition on the main board.
- Situation 2: If the main board of your engraving machine is not 3-pin, such as 2-pin, use the P-DA-01 driver adapter.
