To charge the battery of the HILTI SIW 9-A22 Cordless Impact Wrench, follow these steps:
1. Before charging the battery, make sure that the contacts on the battery and the contacts on the charger are clean and dry.
2. Use an approved charger to charge the battery. Refer to the operating instructions for the charger for specific details.
3. Insert the battery into the charger, ensuring that it engages correctly. You should hear an audible click when the battery is properly inserted.
4. Allow the battery to charge fully before using it for the first time. The state of charge can be checked by pressing one of the two battery release buttons. The number of LEDs that light up on the battery display indicates the battery's state of charge.
5. While charging, make sure that the charger is placed on a stable surface and is not exposed to excessive heat or moisture.
6. Once the battery is fully charged, remove it from the charger and insert it into the impact wrench.
