To assemble the Cadco CBC-HHH-L7 MobileServ 3 Bay Mobile Hot Buffet Cart, follow these steps:
1. Place the pan holder over the cart's top warming surface, ensuring that the 2 keyhole slots and 2 open slots on the inside flaps of the pan holder are positioned over the 4 locking knobs on the warming surface.
2. Press the pan holder down onto the warming surface and slide it until the knobs engage.
3. Tighten the knobs to keep the pan holder in place.
4. To remove the pan holder for cleaning, reverse the steps above.
It is important to note that the cart should not be moved when it contains hot oil or other hot liquids. Additionally, do not clean the cart with metal scouring pads as they can scratch and ruin the finish. Always use nylon, plastic, wooden, or rubber utensils when using the cart.
