Step 1: Start by placing the wall-mounted stabilizer strip for the fixed panel on the bathtub, ensuring a 5mm distance from the bathtub. Level it vertically against the wall and mark the hole positions. Remove the strip and drill holes on the markings. Hammer the 6*28 plug into the holes and secure the strip with the 4*30 screws.
Step 2: Lay the glass damp on the tile and place the base part of the fixed panel into the glass clamp. Fit the fixed panel into the wall-mounted stabilizer strip, ensuring it is level. Mark the position of the clamp and drill holes on the markings. Hammer the 6*28 plug into the holes and secure the glass clamp with the 4*30 xxxx . Fill a small amount of silicone in the inner wall-mounted stabilizer strip and place the fixed panel base part into the glass clamp. Fit the fixed panel and the two one-sided plastic strips into the wall-mounted stabilizer strip. Push the fixed panel into the strip and snap the one-sided plastic strip into the gap between the fixed panel and the strip.
Step 3: Loosen the rail-side xxxx of the top rail connected glass clamp with an Allen wrench. Fit the top rail into the clamp's hole and secure it with a xxxx . Assemble the wall-mounted top rail connector to the other end of the top rail. Fit the clamp's slot into the fixed panel and adjust the position of the wall-mounted top rail connector. Mark the hole position of the connector, remove it, and drill holes on the markings. Hammer the 6*28 plug into the holes and secure the connector with the 4*30 xxxx . Finally, secure the top xxxx of the top rail connected glass clamp.
Step 4: Assemble the left-side and right-side strip connectors to the aluminum strip. Fit the connector's slot into the fixed panel.
Step 5: Assemble the shower door hinges on the movable shower door.
Step 6: Install the removable shower door onto the shower door hinges.
Step 7: Assemble the tubular single-sided towel bar onto the movable shower door.
Step 8: Install the side seal strip by opening the movable shower door and inserting the strip to the side. Install the shower door bottom seal strip by inserting it to the bottom of the movable shower door.
Step 9: Apply qualified mildew resistant silicone along the sides of the wall-mounted stabilizer strip for the fixed panel, aluminum strip, and fixed panel base. Allow the silicone to dry for 24 hours before using the shower.
