To install the CLDPCHB Street Legal 3 Inches Cube Pod Light and its mounting bracket, please follow the steps below:
1. Determine suitable mounting locations for the LED Pods and the U Mount Bracket. Ensure that the mounting locations are secure and will provide the desired lighting angle.
2. Once the mounting locations are confirmed, use the provided mounting hardware to attach the U Mount Bracket to the desired location. Make sure to tighten all mounting screws securely.
3. Connect the wiring harness to the LED Pod. Please note that the wiring harness is sold separately.
4. Determine a suitable location to install the wiring harness and switch. Ensure that the location is easily accessible and will not interfere with the vehicle's operation.
5. Connect the wires of the wiring harness as shown in the instruction manual. It is important to properly insulate the connections to prevent any electrical issues.
6. Connect the positive wire and negative wire of the wiring harness to the corresponding positive and negative terminals of the vehicle's power source. Make sure to connect them properly.
7. Press the switch to test if the lights are functioning properly. If the lights do not turn on, double-check the wiring connections and ensure that the power source is providing the correct voltage.
8. Adjust the light to the desired angle by loosening the mounting screws and repositioning the LED Pod. Once the desired angle is achieved, tighten all mounting screws securely.
