To control the PTZ camera using the ZowiePTZ software, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Download the Zowietek Electronics, Ltd. software from their website and install it on your computer.
Step 2: Double click the camera control program to launch it.
Step 3: Register the software by entering the license. To obtain the license, please send your user ID to the Amazon message center.
Step 4: In the software, click on the camera control area and enter the camera's IP address and streaming information.
Interface Function Introduction:
Part 1: Signal Source Display Area - This area displays the signal source channel.
Part 2: Preset Position Area - Long press on a preset key to set a preset position. Double click to change the preset position name.
Part 3: PTZ Control Area - This area allows you to adjust the direction, zoom, focus, and aperture of the PTZ camera. You can also control the camera speed.
Part 4: Camera Control Area - This area displays the camera name and provides options for copying the camera's settings.
Part 5: System Time Display Area - This area displays the current system time.
Additional Features:
- Recording: The software has a record button that allows you to record video from the PTZ camera.
- Recording File Storage Directory Setting: Right-click and select "System Settings". Click the "..." button to set the storage path for recording files.
- Search IP: Right-click and select "Search IP" to check the IP address of the camera.
- Switching Channels: Right-click and select "Switch to 4 Channels" to switch between 9 channels and 4 channels. Restart the application after making the switch.
