To connect the TESLA 1890050 Smart Camera 360 Baby to your WiFi network, please follow these steps:
1. Download the Tesla Smart App from the App Store or Android Market, or scan the QR-Code provided in the user manual to download the app.
2. Make sure your router supports the 2.4GHz WiFi network (not the 5GHz).
3. Set up your router's parameters and record the SSID and password of your WiFi network.
4. Open the Tesla Smart App and click "Register". Read and agree to the "Privacy Policy".
5. Input a valid mobile number or email address and click "Continue". Enter the verification code received and log in to the app.
6. In the Tesla Smart App, click "Create family" and customize the family name and related settings.
7. Go to "Security & Sensor" > "Smart Camera" and choose "Add Device" or "+". Prepare to add the camera.
8. Follow the on-screen instructions and input your WiFi's password when prompted.
9. Scan the QR code displayed on your phone with the camera. The camera will make a sound (" xxxx xxxx xxxx ") when the connection is successful. The configuration should be completed within 30 seconds.
10. Make sure your router, mobile device, and camera are as close as possible during the connection process.
11. Once the camera is successfully added, you can customize its name in the app.
If you encounter any issues during the connection process, ensure that your network is functioning properly. If needed, try placing the camera closer to the router or resetting the device and adding it again. For further troubleshooting, refer to the FAQ section in the user manual.
