To calibrate your camera for use with the iQ-Luminance software, you need to send your camera to Image Engineering for calibration. Without a pre-calibration from Image Engineering, you will not be able to use the software. The camera calibration requires two measurements: the opto-electronic conversion function (OECF) and the spectral response (SR). Optionally, you can also perform shading correction. The calibration is performed in Image Engineering's test lab, and they provide calibration text files that can be loaded into the software. Once the calibration data is loaded, it will be saved and available for future use. For more information on the calibration process, please refer to the Image Engineering iQ-Luminance User Manual.
