To clean the Fisher & Paykel RDV2-485GD-L-N Dual Fuel Range, you can use the self-cleaning function. Here are the steps:
1. Remove all racks and accessories from the oven.
2. Close the oven door.
3. Press the "Clean" button on the control panel.
4. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to select the desired cleaning time. The default cleaning time is 4 hours.
5. Press the "Start" button to begin the self-cleaning cycle.
6. The oven will lock the door and start heating up to a high temperature to burn off any food residue.
7. After the cleaning cycle is complete, the oven will cool down and unlock the door. This process may take several hours.
8. Once the oven is cool, you can wipe away any ash residue with a damp cloth.
Note: During the self-cleaning cycle, the oven will become very hot, and the door will be locked for safety. Do not try to open the door or touch the oven until it has cooled down and the door has unlocked.
