To change the brightness level of the Brilliant 21523 Hensley 3W Indoor Step Light, simply switch off the light and then turn it back on. This light has a 2-level step dimming function, so each time you turn it off and on again, the brightness level will change. The light is set to the default brightness (Hi Brightness) if it has been turned off for more than 2 minutes before turning it on again. Please refer to the "Operation" section in the instruction manual for more details on the step dimming function.
