To calibrate the welldana CLF Free Chlorine Probe, follow these steps:
1. Insert the probe into the probe housing of the ASIN AQUA and turn the device ON.
2. Allow the probe to stabilize for approximately 24 hours.
3. Measure the chlorine concentration using a photometer.
4. Enter the manually measured value of chlorine concentration in the CALIBRATION menu of the ASIN AQUA device.
5. Perform the calibration under stable conditions, ensuring that the water in the pool is perfectly mixed and the value on the ASIN AQUA display is stable. This may take several hours.
6. Calibration is not necessary if the difference between the value measured by the photometer and the value displayed on the ASIN AQUA device is less than 0.2 mg/l.
7. Calibrate the probe with a chlorine concentration in the range of 0.3 - 1.2 mg/l, and with a measured value equal to or greater than the required value.
8. Note that the CLF probe cannot be calibrated if the output signal is lower than 20mV, and it can only be calibrated at a free chlorine concentration of 0.3 to 5.0 mg/l.
Please refer to the welldana CLF Free Chlorine Probe User Manual for more detailed instructions and guidelines on calibration and usage.
