The grease filter of the Gorenje cooker hood should be cleaned at least once a month. You can clean it by hand using non-aggressive detergents or by placing it in the dishwasher on a low temperature and short cycle. When washing in the dishwasher, the grease filter may slightly discolor, but this does not affect its filtering capacity. To remove the grease filter, simply pull the spring release handle. Regular cleaning of the grease filter is important to maintain the efficiency of the hood and reduce the risk of fire.
