No, the GARDE XL 181KS3STGSS 3 Stage Electric Knife Sharpener is not recommended for use with serrated knives. The sharpening discs in Stage 1 and Stage 2 may damage the blade of a serrated knife. However, you can use Stage 3, labeled "Polish," to sharpen serrated knives. Simply place the end of the serrated knife in either one of the blade modules in Stage 3 and slowly pull the blade down and through the Stage 3 blade guides. Alternate sides in Stage 3 until you have completed 3-4 pairs of alternating pulls. Repeat these steps as necessary to achieve the desired sharpness.
