To charge the battery for the HENX H20DC250 20V Cordless String Trimmer, follow these steps:
1. Connect the charger to the charger station.
2. Plug the charger into an appropriate AC power outlet. The LED will light up green to indicate that the charger is ready for use.
3. Insert the charger station into the battery pack, making sure it is fully seated in the battery pack. The LED will light up red to indicate that the battery pack is charging.
4. Wait for the battery pack to fully charge. This typically takes about 1 hour. The LED will turn green again to indicate that the battery pack is fully charged.
Important charging notes:
- The battery pack should not be charged immediately after use. It should cool down for a period of time before charging.
- The recommended charging temperature is approximately 24ºC. Do not charge the battery pack in temperatures below 4ºC or above 40ºC.
- If the battery pack does not charge properly, check the current at the receptacle, move the charger and battery pack to a location with a temperature of approximately 18-24ºC, and if the problem persists, take the tool, battery pack, and charger to a local service center.
