To install the MARANO Fully Modular Aluminum Fencing System using bolt-down posts, please follow these steps:
1. Start by determining the layout and position of your fence. Mark the locations where the posts will be installed.
2. Dig holes for the bolt-down posts at each marked location. The depth of the holes should be determined based on the height of the fence and the local building regulations. Ensure that the holes are wide enough to accommodate the base plate of the bolt-down posts.
3. Place the bolt-down posts into the holes, ensuring they are level and plumb. Adjust the position as needed.
4. Mix and pour concrete into the holes around the bolt-down posts to secure them in place. Follow the concrete manufacturer's instructions for mixing and curing.
5. Allow the concrete to fully cure before proceeding with the installation of the fence panels. This typically takes several days.
6. Once the concrete has cured, attach the fence panels to the bolt-down posts using the provided hardware. Follow the specific instructions provided by the manufacturer for attaching the panels.
7. Continue attaching the fence panels to the remaining bolt-down posts until the entire fence is installed.
8. After completing the installation, ensure that the fence is securely attached to the bolt-down posts and that all connections are tight.
