To install the MARANO Fully Modular Aluminum Fencing System using bolt-down posts, please follow these steps:
1. Start by determining the layout and position of your fence. Ensure that you have the necessary tools and equipment for the installation.
2. Measure and mark the desired location for the first post. Use a tape measure and level to ensure accuracy.
3. Dig a hole at least 300mm (12 inches) deep and wide enough to accommodate the post base. The hole should be wider at the bottom than the top to provide stability.
4. Place the bolt-down post base into the hole, ensuring it is level and plumb. Adjust the position as necessary.
5. Mix and pour concrete into the hole around the post base, filling it to ground level. Use a spirit level to check for plumb and adjust if needed.
6. Allow the concrete to cure according to the manufacturer's instructions before proceeding.
7. Once the concrete is fully cured, attach the post to the bolt-down base using the provided fixings. Follow the specific instructions provided with the MARANO Fencing System for this step.
8. Repeat the above steps for each additional post, ensuring proper spacing and alignment.
9. After all the posts are securely installed, you can begin attaching the fence panels to the posts according to the MARANO Fencing System instructions.
