Installation of the MARANO Fully Modular Aluminium Fencing System involves the following steps:
1. Determine the height of the fence you want to install (1.2m or 1.8m) and select the appropriate posts and components from the list provided.
2. If using bolt-down posts, ensure that the width of the openings between brick pillars or wooden posts is correct.
3. Start by installing the posts. For a 1.2m high fence, use the bolt-down post (Code: 76PB5012B) or the concrete-in post (Code: 76PC5012B). For a 1.8m high fence, use the bolt-down post (Code: 76PB7518B). Cut the posts to size if needed.
4. Fix the angle brackets (Code: 76A001B12 or 76A001B18) to the posts using the self-tapping screws (Code: 5004PS4213). The angle brackets will hold the boards in place.
5. Attach the top cap (Code: 76S002TCA) to the posts using screws. The top cap provides a finished look to the fence.
6. Slide the double-sided slats (Code: 76S002A or 76S002G) into the angle brackets. The slats can be smooth or grooved, depending on the desired look.
7. Secure the slats to the angle brackets using the screws for fixing boards (Code: 76SS4212DB).
8. Repeat the process for each section of the fence, ensuring that the slats align properly and are securely fixed.
9. If meeting two boards at an intermediate post, refer to the instructions provided in the manual from Step 8 onwards.
It is important to note that the measurements provided in the manual are guides, and it is the installer's responsibility to ensure compliance with building regulations and secure installation. Factors such as location, ground type, and system layout should be considered and adjusted as necessary.
