To connect a USB memory device to the Samsung QM Series 4K UHD Cisco Compatible Display, follow these steps:
1. Locate the USB ports on the product. There are two USB ports available.
2. Make sure the USB memory device you want to connect is compatible with the product.
3. Insert the USB memory device into one of the USB ports on the product.
4. The USB ports on the product accept a maximum constant current of either 1.0A or 0.5A, depending on the specific model. Make sure the current of your USB memory device does not exceed the maximum value, as it may cause the USB ports to not work properly.
5. Once the USB memory device is connected, you can use the product's remote control or on-screen menu to access and play the content stored on the USB memory device.
Note: If you encounter any issues with the USB ports not working, make sure to check the current of your USB memory device and ensure it is within the acceptable range.
